"I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Denis when he was one of the teacher/facilitators in a 3-day management leadership training seminar which my bank sponsored. After breakfast each day, our training started outdoors with Denis leading us through 15-20 minutes of light physical exercises. During this time, he explained that the initial exercises were specifically designed to activate and enliven our concentration and attention. He then presented different additional exercises which showed us the power of our mind, our focus and our attitude on our accomplishments. These challenged our beliefs about our own physical presence and later as we learned to trust Denis, about our leadership presence and group dynamics. His exercises stimulated mind, body and spirit and were extraordinarily concrete in their presentation. No mystical voodoo; rather, Denis worked for very specific results. Denis was also involved in some of the indoor presentations and I again found these sessions to be specific, concrete and inspirational. I would definitely recommend Denis very highly for any comparable leadership or performance training. Denis is an inspiring and charismatic leader and teacher. His quiet example and clear teachings were valued by me and by all of the other participants."
